For UK Vehicle Testing Stations
MOT Management System for VTS owners
Manage every MOT — bookings, reminders, test outcomes, technician productivity, retest tracking — in one purpose-built system. No more spreadsheets to track who's coming back for retests.
Built for VTS reality
Per-vehicle test history
Every MOT pass, advisory, and fail logged against the vehicle. Search by reg or VIN. See full history before the next test.
Retest tracking
Failed MOT? The system reminds you when the 10-day retest window expires. No retest revenue lost to the calendar.
Tester productivity
See MOTs per tester per day, average test time, pass rate. Identify bottlenecks before they cost you.
Renewal reminders that work
Three-stage SMS reminders (30/14/7 days). Lapsed-customer recovery campaigns built in.
Frequently asked questions
Is it MOT Class 1-7 or just car?
All MOT classes (1-2 motorcycles, 3-7 cars/light goods/PSVs). Bay capacity rules per class.
Does it handle Northern Ireland MOTs?
We support Northern Ireland's DVA test system as well as DVSA. Both work in the same dashboard.
Can I integrate my existing card terminal?
Yes. Most major UK card terminals (Stripe Terminal, Square, Worldpay) integrate. Or take payments online and skip the terminal.
