How is this different from Tekmetric or AutoLeap?

Autodots is repair-shop software PLUS a built-in customer marketplace. Tekmetric and AutoLeap give you software; we also send you new customers from car owners actively searching for a shop. No other product combines both for independents.

What does it cost?

There is no monthly subscription. We charge a small flat fee per accepted booking from the marketplace — only when you actually earn revenue. Software for your existing customers is included.

Will my technicians be able to use this?

Yes. The phone app is designed for technicians — they update job status with two taps. The desktop dashboard is for the service writer / shop owner.

Does it integrate with parts suppliers?

We integrate with major US parts suppliers via VIN lookup. You can also add parts manually or import a price list.

Can I bring my existing customer list?
