Can I use this on a tablet at the bay?
Yes. The whole platform works on any modern tablet, phone, or desktop browser. Many shops mount a tablet at each bay so technicians update status hands-free.
Do I have to give up my existing tools?
You can run Autodots alongside QuickBooks, your supplier portals, and any communication tool. Most shops gradually move everything onto Autodots once they see how much overlap there was.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export everything — customers, vehicles, jobs, invoices — as CSV at any time. There is no lock-in.
Is there a per-technician fee?
No. Add as many technicians and front-desk staff as you need; we charge per accepted marketplace booking, not per seat.
